Candace Fasano
Candace and her family began vacationing here in 1995 and were immediately captivated. They first purchased a condo on the beach for vacation and rental for nearly a decade and then moved here full time in 2004. She also did several 1031 Exchanges of property in Georgia to property in Fernandina. Her children attended St. Michael's Academy through 8th grade and then Fernandina Beach High School and both recently graduated from the University of Florida.
Candace has a thorough knowledge of all areas of Amelia including The Amelia Island Plantation, Summer Beach, all coastal and interior neighborhoods, as well as the Yulee area of Nassau County. Listening carefully and then providing responsive customer service, knowledge of the real estate process, and a desire to make buying or selling your home an enjoyable experience is what she is known for.
